Live Answering Plans:

For cost reasons we are not a 24 hour service, we feel that most people that call a business at say 3am expect to get voice mail. It's most important to have your calls answered by a live operator during your normal business hours plus a few hours before or after. Not paying operators to sit at a phone with no calls all night allows us to offer a service that is priced more reasonably for all of our customers. We realize that some business such as doctors need 24 hour service and we can't offer service to them for this reason. There are many services that can offer 24 hour service to the small percentage of businesses that need it. We are able to set ourselves apart with our unique low monthly commitment pricing packages and overall service offering by choosing to not offer services 24/7. Prestige Messaging does offer live answering of your calls from 9am-9pm US Eastern time which of course is 8am-8pm Central, 7am-7pm Mountain and 6am-6pm Pacific.

All accounts come standard with message delivery to any single email account at no additional charge. The email address you supply to us can be a standard email address or the email address of your cell phone or pager. Most of our competitors charge extra for email delivery. There is a one time account setup fee of $19.95 for all plans listed above.

Setup First Follow-Me Extension: $75.00

Setup Additional Follow-Me Extensions: $35.00
 

Per Minute: 10 cents with a minimum $1.00 call patch charge. We round all patched call minutes up to the nearest minute.

Each Follow-Me Extension can have up to 3 numbers behind it such as Office/Home/Cell and comes with one voice mail box if you wish to use it.
