Follow-Me Call Patch:

With our Follow-Me Call Patch feature, important calls can be patched directly to your Follow-Me extension which we supply. You decide which types of calls are patched directly to your Follow-Me extension and the call will ring your up to 3 phone numbers you specify during your account setup. This allows you to be at your office, home or out and about with your cell phone and always get those important calls.

Example:

1- Caller rings your number which is forwarded to our live operators.

2- One of our friendly live operators answers your call with a smile.

3- If the does not fall into the "important" category based on your specifications then we take a message and end the call. If the call does fall into the important category then see step 4.

4- The operator gets some minimal info about the caller and ask the caller to hold while he/she is transferred.

5- The operator transfers the call to your follow-me extension.

6- Behind the scenes our state of the art system will ring each of the three phone numbers you have specified and in the order you specified until you answer one. If you do not answer any of your phones then the caller will be sent to your private voice mail box.

While the call is being routed to your numbers the caller only hears pleasant music on hold and has no idea that all of these amazing things are happening to his call.
